Manpower recherche pour l'un de ses clients, un groupe indien basé à Kinshasa, un Directeur RH. H/F

Poste :

Working directly with the CEO, your main mission will be : 

  • Advise, Guide and support Unit Management in People related matters
  • Evolve appropriate strategies & intervention to leverage Human Capital of the Unit in consultation with Unit Head wherever necessary
  • Capture stated & unstated needs/views of employees impacting Performance /Productivity /Culture and take appropriate action
  • Be the custodian of adherence of Organization Values and alert Unit / Departmental Head for its compliance
  • Policy Administration – Implement HR Policies as applicable to the Unit
  • Periodically evaluate the resilience/ effectiveness of the existing Unit/Department Structure and escalate to Unit Head HR for improvement/ correction. Partner with Department Heads to analyze & redesign Jobs to suit Business needs
  • Pre-joining, Joining, Post Joining to ensure employees feel welcome and satisfactorily acclimatize to his/her place of work.
  • Take timely action on various people processes right from joining to separation (including compliance & disciplinary action) to align with needs of Business and fair & transparent treatment of employees in line with People Policies.
  • Ensure appropriate provision of Facilities, Services, and Benefits to employees in keeping with Contract of employment and level, on time to enhance employee centricity.
  • Ensure effective time & attendance system & monitor disciplined adherence of the system. Generate periodic data for appropriate action by Department/Unit Head. Coordinate with the Payroll Administrator for timely input & output availability
  • Organizing for Performance Planning at Unit level, effective cascading of performance themes across the Unit, Objective setting/KPI of individual employees, Timely reviews, Performance dialogues & feedback for facilitating performance improvement
  • Identification of Training needs – Unit, Department & Individual employees, and meeting the same with the support of Corporate HR by external agencies as needed. Periodically assess Training effectiveness and initiate appropriate remedial actions

Profil recherché :

Qualification : Master Degree in Human Ressources. 

ExperienceAt least 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position, on a Head of HR.
