Senior Digital Marketing Manager H/F - Casablanca
Our company, leader in its field, has bold plans to evolve the customer experience for the digital era, and our team is evolving rapidly to meet these challenges. This includes how to develop and orchestrate digital initiatives across every facet of our interactions with customers, such as new brand engagement, e-commerce, service delivery, and digital content capabilities in partnership and teamwork with our IT organization and the Markets around the world.
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will support the Marketing & Communications Director to drive a wide range of digital projects. The role will support Morocco’s future digital Vision, as well as be responsible for the execution of these projects, both personally and in conjunction with agencies and any other need stakeholder. The person is required to have a wide ranging knowledge of digital topics as the type of projects will vary greatly. These areas will include, but not exclusively, Owned & Earned Digital Assets, mobile applications, CRM, Digital Consumer engagement, digital media, web analytics, in- store digital engagement, e-reputation and loyalty.
The position’s role is also to provide digital subject matter expertise to the rest of the team and a vision of where digital in our company in Morocco should be going. It will need to work collaboratively with the other countries on their roadmaps and assess how the local and global roadmaps will come together.
DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGEMENT:
Web/Blog/VLog – review and manage the local Owned Digital Assets;
Mobile application – review and manage the local mobile application;
Future roadmap – help to build a future roadmap for all digital products. This includes the website, the mobile application and any other areas, such as in-store technologies in coordination with IT.
CRM – manage the execution of relevant CRM strategy, such as targeted offers through the mobile application, the email program and any other future CRM strategy;
Digital Media – continue to build on our advances in our digital media strategy, in close collaboration with the local media agency;
Social Media – supervise the use of our E-reputation and social listening tool to inform the digital strategies and communicate the insights to the rest of the team;
Analytics – Supervise current Analytics and help develop new ones to report on the brand digital performance and report on the isights to the rest of the team.
Ideal candidate will have a broad mix of digital experience, Strongly preferred areas of experience include:
CRM: Executing personalized marketing programs powered by data;
MOBILE: Deployment of mobile apps in a market and feeding back change requests;
CAMPAIGNS: Managing digital campaign execution.
Key Customers & Stakeholders include:
The other members of the Marketing team, in which this role sits;
The other departments of the company;
The IT team, which will work closely with you on all digital product projects;
The Global Digital Team.
Local market media and creative agencies;
Local market development agencies.
Profil recherché :
BAC +5 within a marketing or technical discipline required
15+ years experience in a leading digital marketing position, preferably in a consumer environment
Strong project management and execution success, ideally both digital technology and digital campaign management projects
Evidence of a strong data-led and analytical mindset
Self-starter with strong bias for action is a must
Should be a digital native that is up to speed with the latest trends
Ability to work at a fast pace and under extreme stress conditions while managing competing priorities
Ability to overcome obstacles quickly and directly
