Operations Director - Casablanca

Poste :

  • Drives organizational and operational processes, strategies and initiatives for the country according to corporate strategy, in strong cooperation with the Business Partners in the respective functions to support current activities and future growth
  • Manages overall activities in the business clinics: supervises the development of a solid country clinical operations, medical and nursing as well as technical operations, real estate and facility management organization.
  • Develops – jointly with the management colleagues - a long-term business strategy for the country, transfers it into tactical plans, strategic initiatives, the annual business plan and budget; monitors achievement and reports results to the Regional Management
  • Takes responsibility for quality, safety and efficiency of country operations
  • Drives people and organizational development by enabling individual professional growth for all employees, identifying and coaching/mentoring talents and ensuring a transparent and participative communication
  • Ensure a strong customer orientation across the organization enabling all units in the organization to work seamlessly towards creative and individualized customer solutions
  • Establishes good partnership with customers and stakeholders in the health care sector

Profil recherché :

Academic degree or equivalent business education, a related post graduate education (PhD, MBA) is a benefit

At least 15 years Strong and successful performance experience in an executive management role with P&L responsibility, preferred in a healthcare or healthcare-related business environment, ideally in an international company.
