For our plant in Kenitra we are recruiting, our HR Manager:

The head of HR is reporting directly to the Managing Director and functionally to the group HR director. He’s an active participant in the development and execution of the HR strategy plan.

He is supporting the organization on day to day business activities, closely with the entire management team, HQ, and group HR director in order to implement and conduct the HR policy in accordance with group policy and local requirements.
 

Main responsibilities:

  • Management of the HR department team.
  • Develop, implement and maintain the HR policy in the plant following the group strategy
  • Achieving HR KPIs
  • Organizing and coordinating the activities of the human resources department to accomplish: selection and recruitment of personnel, training and employee development, performance management, employee motivation, wage policy, administrative activities related to function.
  • Participate in the development of the HR budget. Monitor the HR budget.
  • Propose solutions to increase the efficiency of the organizational structure and development plan in line with the company's strategy.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with employees.
  • Provide the management team with the necessary information on human resources management, HR indicators and HR analysis.
  • Establishing and maintaining good communication with the authorities that are linked to labor regulations.
 
Profil recherché
  • Master degree in HR management
  • Experience of minimum 5 years as HR Manager (experience in automotive industry will be highly appreciated)
  • Fluent in French and English language (interview will be done in English)
