Supply Chain Manager - Oran

The Supply Chain Manager is accountable for all SC activities within his entity which includes but not limited to:
Demand, Supply & Materials planning
Logistics & Distribution planning
Your Main Responsibilities are:
Direct and coordinate all Supply Chain activities (Sourcing & Procurement, Planning, Plant operations, HSE and Logistics).
Ensure production efficiencies, product quality, health, safety and environment standards are met via cost effective utilization of assets: human resources, equipment, materials, and buildings.
Establish policies, evaluate process flows, and determine job activities for all functions within the plant direction.
Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
Establish and maintain community relations.
Participate actively to set vision, strategy and strategic orientations.
Ensure business objectives are achieved.
Implement sourcing strategy agreed as per recommendation in term of supply, back-up suppliers and savings;
Optimize purchasing conditions (Price, delivery time, logistic cost, payment terms,…)
Evaluate suppliers for better quality products and services.
Direct and coordinate all plant operations
Work with Department heads to meet production requirements on a timely and cost effective basis. Adjust and meet any changes as needed;
Ensure a maintenance of infrastructures and utilities of the plant;
Develop and initiate plans and programs that improve production efficiencies;
Define and monitor the plant budgets
Ensure HS&E regulation requirements are met;
Facilitate and implement the quality insurance standards
Establish and maintain a positive community relation
Profil recherché :
Higher education, Bac +5 in Supply Chain Management, you justify 8-10 years relevant experience in FMCG (FOOD) including at least 5 years in positions of SC Head.
