Manpower recherche pour l'un des ses clients, une Multinationnale, un Location Financial Controller H/F.

Poste :

Member of the Location’s Leadership Team and reporting to the Division Controller for day-to-day responsibilities, this role will also support the Location Manager.

The role’s predominant focus is to ensure that effective financial and internal controls are in place at the location, and to provide business insight and guidance to the Site Leadership and Management Teams to deliver locations’ strategic and operational goals:

  •  Provide information to the Division Controller to ensure effective financial planning, budgeting and forecasting of the location.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results including financial statements, forecasts, mid- year reviews, budgeting and cost center reporting.
  •  Ensure location assets are safeguarded and have adequate processes in place to support proper financial reporting.
  • Process and monitor all capital expenditure justifications and submission for the location.
  • Ensure all internal controls i.e. SOX are in place, maintained and upgraded as necessary.
  • Ensure accounting practices are carried out in accordance with current US GAAP standards.
  • Provide support to WIN Strategy initiatives and support and improve lean methodology within the Finance department.
  • Assist on special projects as required for finance team and generally to support improving financial performance of the location.
  • Preparation and analytical review of monthly management reports and financial accounts.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all financial policies are applied.

Profil recherché :

  •  Graduated from a High Business School (ISCAE, ENCG,…).
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational environment ideally in a manufacturing companies.
  •  Experience of managing a team.
  •  Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP, SOX, IFRS, etc       
  • Strong working knowledge of systems used within the finance team, in particular JD Edwards, MS Office suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to include the ability to influence and persuade at all levels within the organization; build trust and confidence; and establish credibility.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Self motivated, able to work on own initiative either alone or as part of a team working to strict timescales.
