Senior Sales Manager (Casablanca)

Major Company specialized in performance improvement is looking for a Senior Sales Manager.

Poste :

The primary focus of the Sales Manager is to drive Client Partner accountability and mentoring.
The Sales Manager will also carry his own quota and will present the company solutions to key decision makers within targeted accounts and grow sales revenue within an assigned territory. 
The Sales Manager will build mutually beneficial business relationships, present compelling presentations and close business.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Weekly Plan and Review sessions with BD team, which include an assessment of all new opportunities, existing opportunities, and key measures.
  • Key initiator of new business development targeting large sized accounts for strategic penetration
  • Independently calls on senior-level executives and other representatives to generate product, program, and consulting sales.
  • Diagnoses and assesses client needs. Prescribes, designs and implements strategic interventions using the full range of existing or custom the company content, products, and / or programs.
  • Presents and provides individual client consultations in context with overall intervention strategy as needed.
  • Invite key decision makers within medium to large sized organizations through region-hosted marketing events
  • Writes and oversees effective business proposals.
  • Closes business consistently within the company guidelines developed for product and services mix and pricing.
  • Designs custom programs and tailors standard programs to meet individual client needs.
  • Designs account strategy and business development to develop new and existing accounts.
  • Develops and executes on territory marketing and management plan to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
In addition to meeting their sales revenue target numbers and accountability sessions, Sales Managers are responsible for the mentoring and development of Client Partners. This includes ongoing coaching, client meetings, and solution design and recommendations

Profil recherché :

This position requires an experienced sales leaderwith a minimum of more than 10 years of successful sales experience. Must also have more than 5 years of successful sales leadership experience.
Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills required and experience with Saleforce preferred.
Must be a motivated team player with strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Languages preferred are French, English and Arabic.
